Senior Brand Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social enterprise in Hamburg seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their mission-driven team. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple markets and touchpoints.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing brand strategy and positioning across all relevant customer touchpoints
• Leading cross-functional and international projects, coordinating between sales, quality management, and senior leadership
• Planning, managing, and controlling marketing budgets with strong financial oversight
• Concepting, executing, and analyzing national and international marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital, social media, partnerships, and events teams
• Creating and implementing trade marketing and activation strategies for gastronomy and retail channels
• Managing product launches from concept through market success, including tracking and optimization
• Overseeing agencies, producers, and freelancers to transform ideas into impactful brand activations
• Conducting market and competitive analyses and translating insights into strategic recommendations
• Providing professional leadership and development for a Brand Manager, building a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional path
• Multiple years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in brand management and positioning
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and proven track record in brand leadership
• Initial people management experience (preferred)
• Experience in FMCG sector and/or gastronomy/retail is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to manage agencies, producers, and freelancers effectively
• Solid experience with budget management, market analysis, and national/international campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and highly structured working style
• Business-fluent German and English
• Passion for purpose-driven business and social impact
