Caller / Scheduler

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential infrastructure investment firm in their search for a Caller / Scheduler to join their lead generation team. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with call-center sales experience to contribute to a growing pipeline of real estate investment opportunities.

Our client operates in the telecommunications and infrastructure space, working with property owners across the country. As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you'll play a critical role in building relationships and scheduling appointments that drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads to set appointments between property owners and Account Managers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to call settings and deal closings
• Monitor your origination activity metrics to ensure a healthy and stable sales pipeline
• Provide user-experience feedback on origination processes including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain competitive positioning

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
• Natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
• Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Some college or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes (preferred)
• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team spirit
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
• Must be located in the United States
