About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer technology company in their search for a Senior Director of Product Management focused on growth initiatives. This is a remote-eligible position based in the United States.

Our client operates a high-growth digital shopping platform that connects consumers with merchant partners through innovative product experiences. The team moves quickly, tests rigorously, and applies technology to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work in a lean, flat organization that emphasizes clear ownership and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of merchant onboarding and activation product experiences, driving business growth across the platform's suite of consumer-facing tools
• Work directly with engineering teams to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences from concept through launch
• Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution across directly owned and supporting teams
• Build and maintain operational reports and financial models using SQL and Excel to drive investment decisions and prioritization
• Operate with high autonomy, making data-backed decisions from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
• Lead rapid A/B testing programs to validate product experiences and drive engagement and conversion excellence
• Monitor and model business results, prioritizing work based on highest expected return

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Exceptional SQL skills and demonstrated strength in business analysis
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams to build and scale new product experiences
• Data-driven decision making approach with ability to independently extract insights from complex datasets

Strongly Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related)
• 5+ years in a high-growth or startup technology environment
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience
• 8+ years working with engineering departments on tooling and processes
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI—whether through formal experience, personal projects, AI-driven development environments, or building AI-powered automations
• Track record translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
