Telehealth FNP: FT W2

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization that provides specialized care for women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions. We're seeking a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, W2 position working remotely anywhere in the United States.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional virtual care to patients managing conditions like PCOS, thyroid disorders, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause, and related hormonal health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video consultations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and charting in the EMR system
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with compassion and clarity
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
• Complete required clinical trainings and uphold organizational policies and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Certification: Active national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions
• State Licensure: Minimum of 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses; at least 2 must be in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more additional states based on organizational needs
• Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on compassion
• Virtual Care Skills: Natural ability to build trust and rapport with patients in a telehealth setting
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling tools, Zoom, Gmail, Google Calendar, and text expanders
• Evidence-Based Practice: Commitment to care rooted in current clinical research
• Preferred: Prior telehealth experience

Clinical Focus Areas: PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild to moderate anxiety/depression.

Pay

This is a full-time W2 position with an annual base salary range of $120,000 – $130,000, with potential to increase up to $172,500 – $182,500 through the organization's incentive compensation program. Final compensation is commensurate with years of relevant experience.
