Senior Recruiter – High Volume (Manufacturing – English Language)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead high-volume talent acquisition efforts. This remote position based in Mexico requires a seasoned professional who can deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes while mentoring team members and acting as a strategic partner to hiring leaders.

Our client operates in a fast-paced production environment where securing top operational talent is mission-critical. You'll be the face of their employer brand, building pipelines for roles ranging from machine operators to maintenance technicians and material handlers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed intake conversations with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics
• Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for each opening
• Source candidates through multiple channels including resume databases, Boolean searches, social media, and deep web techniques
• Screen and evaluate high volumes of applicants through the tracking system daily
• Conduct thorough phone interviews with industry-specific probing questions
• Prepare candidates for interviews with comprehensive briefings and follow-up support
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates and hiring managers on search status
• Build and nurture talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates for every requisition
• Negotiate and extend offers, partnering with managers to secure acceptances
• Provide market intelligence and trend analysis that impacts hiring strategies
• Mentor junior recruiters and team members on best practices
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation standards
• Deliver accurate reporting on recruiting activities and pipeline metrics

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of high-volume recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment
• Manufacturing recruitment background required – experience hiring machine operators, maintenance technicians, forklift operators, and similar production roles
• US market recruiting experience is essential
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific industry segment or practice area
• Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search and deep web techniques
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and gather critical information
• Strong consultative approach with hiring managers
• Innovation in search techniques and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with skills assessments, background reviews, and reference checks

Work arrangement: Remote, Monday through Friday schedule
