About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential entertainment and hospitality organization in their search for an Account Manager focused on online travel agency partnerships across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (excluding the UK). This remote position, based in the United Kingdom, offers the chance to drive distribution growth and partner performance across multiple markets and third-party travel platforms.

Our talent team is seeking a commercially astute professional who can develop strategic account plans, lead partner marketing initiatives, and deliver measurable revenue results while maintaining brand standards and exceptional customer experience across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual account plans for priority OTA partners aligned to business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead partner marketing campaigns designed to improve visibility, conversion, and booking performance across multiple European and Middle Eastern markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA partners, identifying commercial opportunities and securing mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate with country teams and central stakeholders to create locally relevant, commercially focused plans consistent with wider organizational priorities
  • Manage a portfolio of priority OTA partners and lead cross-functional projects with moderate complexity
  • Coordinate integrated commercial and marketing activation plans across timing, messaging, product priorities, and localization requirements
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, shape recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in partner effectiveness
  • Ensure resort products are presented effectively across third-party platforms with clear content, strong merchandising, and accurate information
  • Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion and revenue
  • Contribute market insight and partner feedback to inform regional OTA strategy
  • Develop scalable processes that improve channel management and measurement while mentoring cross-functional partners

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree plus minimum 7 years' relevant experience in travel industry sales, account management, or commercial and marketing roles
  • Strong commercial judgment and travel industry account management experience, ideally with OTA or multi-market distribution exposure
  • Proven track record developing and delivering partner marketing activity including campaign planning, promotional execution, and digital activation
  • Highly analytical with ability to interpret distribution performance data and translate insights into commercial recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across multiple markets, central functions, and matrix organizations
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively
  • Experience working across EMEA markets with cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt approaches to local nuances
  • Strong English language skills; additional European languages highly desirable
  • Experience in key account management across retail travel trade, OTAs, or tour operators with demonstrated success delivering against annual sales targets
