About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B digital agency working with emerging technology companies across global markets. Our talent team is seeking a Digital Strategist to join their Chile-based operations and drive measurable growth through strategic website optimization, brand activation, and performance-driven digital experiences.

This role bridges brand expression and conversion outcomes—owning the translation of positioning into high-performing digital architectures, SEO/AEO implementation, and continuous optimization frameworks that strengthen pipeline and market position for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive website and digital experience audits to identify positioning, structural, and performance gaps
• Translate brand strategy into clear website architecture, user journeys, and conversion pathways
• Oversee strategy and execution of brand activation campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, tying performance directly to pipeline and growth metrics
• Own and implement SEO fundamentals including technical, on-page, and structural optimization; conduct keyword and intent research aligned to ideal customer profiles and buyer journeys
• Lead AEO strategy by structuring content for AI-driven and answer-based search environments, ensuring visibility across traditional and emerging discovery platforms
• Analyze performance data to uncover friction points, drop-off patterns, and growth opportunities
• Develop CRO roadmaps, design testing hypotheses, and build post-launch optimization plans
• Ensure alignment between brand positioning, content strategy, and funnel performance
• Support business development with strategic digital points of view and performance-driven recommendations
• Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive-level strategic conversations

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, growth strategy, or integrated marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing ecosystems, particularly within technology or SaaS sectors
• Hands-on experience with leading CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive) for pipeline reporting and revenue attribution
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to build event tracking frameworks and drive data-informed decisions
• Experience using CRO and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar) to run A/B tests and improve conversion performance
• Expertise with SEO and search optimization tools (Ahrefs, Surfer, Google Search Console) and modern AEO strategies for traditional and AI-driven search
• Proven track record aligning brand, website, content, and performance initiatives into cohesive digital systems
• Experience leading client workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking combined with clear communication and structured storytelling abilities
• Ability to operate independently, define frameworks from scratch, and drive clarity in complex environments
