Talent Acquisition Manager – Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on Operations hiring. This role offers end-to-end ownership of recruitment across high-volume functions including complaints, fraud, financial crime, and customer operations teams, while also managing a small team of Talent Partners.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end across Operations functions, building repeatable processes that maintain speed without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience
• Manage a small team of Talent Partners within Operations while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities
• Partner closely with business leaders, guiding stakeholder conversations and influencing hiring decisions with data, insight, and empathy
• Take a tech-forward approach using AI and automation to streamline hiring processes and continuously improve efficiency
• Think creatively about sourcing strategies, identifying untapped channels and talent pools
• Use analytical and strategic thinking to leverage historical data for forward-planning pipeline needs
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to maintain high conversion efficiency at every stage
• Adapt processes as volume and priorities shift in a fast-paced, scaling environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience line managing a small team of Talent Partners whilst maintaining individual contributor responsibilities
• Proven track record hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and provide constructive pushback when needed
• Data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to improve hiring processes and comfortable reporting on outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and build trust at all levels
• Experience adopting AI into everyday workflows
• Background working in fast-paced, scale-up organizations with comfort flexing to support areas outside core remit
