Product & Brand Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI platform company seeking a Product & Brand Designer to own the visual identity and user experience across both marketing surfaces and core product. This is a hands-on role where you'll define design direction, build in Framer, and work directly alongside engineers in a lean, high-impact design team.

Our client is a well-funded technology organization in the AI infrastructure space, backed by prominent investors and technical leaders in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing website end-to-end in Framer, including CMS collections, dynamic content, responsive behavior, and interaction states
• Design product UI within an established design system, from early exploration through to polished, buildable specifications
• Define motion and interaction patterns: animations, empty and loading states, transitions, and micro-interactions that elevate the product experience
• Shape the design system and contribute to the front-end component architecture, defining patterns that engineering builds upon
• Tackle novel interface challenges such as knowledge graph visualization (nodes, edges, spatial relationships)
• Maintain visual and experiential coherence across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints
• Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate iteration and exploration
• Collaborate directly with engineering, working in tight feedback loops rather than handoff-based workflows

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated product and brand design craft with a portfolio showing strong visual instincts and thoughtful product thinking
• Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including CMS collections, responsive design, and animation capabilities
• Experience working within and extending design systems while maintaining consistency
• Comfort working close to code—able to make minor adjustments in a codebase or review pull requests when helpful (not required as a core skill)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tooling (Claude Design, Cursor, or similar) as part of your standard workflow
• Ability to balance brand cohesion with functional product requirements
• Strong judgment about when to create new patterns versus reusing existing components
• Experience designing complex data visualization or novel interface paradigms is a plus
