About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization working at the intersection of frontier AI safety and national security applications. This is a unique opportunity to join a specialized team focused on model evaluations, red teaming, and responsible AI deployment for government and leading technology partners.

As a Delivery Manager, you'll own the end-to-end success of high-stakes AI safety projects, serving as the critical bridge between customers and technical teams. You'll translate cutting-edge AI safety research into actionable solutions and manage evaluations with major AI labs.

Responsibilities

  • Own complete project delivery lifecycle from initial scoping through final implementation and adoption
  • Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions addressing complex safety challenges
  • Manage project development ensuring delivery approaches maximize customer value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal safety data scientists, and technical partners including frontier AI labs
  • Develop and execute compelling proposals to expand AI safety and governance work across multiple sectors
  • Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation as a trusted consultant
  • Mentor peers and proactively develop effective processes and practices within the team

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated passion for applied AI safety, ideally from experience in research labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming roles
  • Previous professional services experience, preferably from consulting, technology, or data backgrounds
  • Proven track record of taking full ownership of project delivery from scoping to user adoption
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working with technical teams and delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
  • Practical problem-solving approach with ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to responsible AI development
