Technischer Property Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in Munich seeking a Technical Property Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage residential and commercial properties during ongoing operations. You will conduct regular property inspections, assess maintenance requirements, and support long-term planning initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing repairs, renovations, and damage cases while coordinating external service providers and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with statutory inspection requirements and supporting technical projects such as conversions and modernizations
• Documenting all measures, maintaining service schedules, and collaborating closely with internal departments
• Monitoring property condition and prioritizing maintenance activities to preserve asset value

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and practical experience in property management:

• Technical training or degree such as construction technician, master craftsman, civil engineer, facility management, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in technical building management or property operations
• Knowledge of relevant regulations including VOB, DIN standards, and operator responsibility requirements
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style with strong team collaboration skills
• Excellent MS Office skills, ideally SAP experience
• Valid Class B driver's license
