We are representing a public sector organization in Munich seeking a Controller to join their finance team. In this role, you will take responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring all business operations. You will support executive leadership with strategic and operational decision-making through comprehensive financial analyses.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Creating forecasts, budget plans, financial reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support organizational steering

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a qualified professional with:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Controller, ideally in a mid-sized or international environment
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with SAP and MS Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
