Wir repräsentieren im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Facility-Management-Bereich – die Suche nach einem Haustechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) in München. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung technischer Anlagen und Gebäude zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
- Durchführung von Inspektionen, Wartungen sowie kleineren Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Eigenständige Behebung von Störungen und technischen Problemen
- Überwachung der Funktionsfähigkeit gebäudetechnischer Anlagen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und vereinbarten Qualitätsstandards
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination technischer Dienstleistungen und der laufenden Objektbetreuung
Qualifikationen und Erfahrung
- Erforderlich: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder Elektroniker Betriebstechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
- Serviceorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Führerschein der Klasse B
