Role Overview
In close collaboration with our partner company in Munich, Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled Anlagenbuchhalter (m/w/d) to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing processes within the Asset Lifecycle Management, as well as overseeing asset-related workflows. You will also handle master data management, record complex asset movements, and book assets during construction, including subsequent billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Begleiten anlagenbezogener Abläufe und Prozesse im Asset Lifecycle Management
- Verwalten von Stammdaten und erfassen komplexer Anlagenbewegungen
- Buchen von Anlagen im Bau inklusive späterer Abrechnung
- Sicherstellen korrekter Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Überwachen anlagenrelevanter Konten sowie offene Posten
- Bewerten unterschiedlicher Assetklassen bilanziell und stellen einen korrekten Ansatz sicher
- Dokumentieren buchhalterischer Entscheidungen, koordinieren Anlageninventuren
- Arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen
What You Bring
You will bring a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant vocational training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) with significant professional experience. At least two years of experience in asset accounting, general ledger accounting, or asset management is required. Additionally, you should possess comprehensive knowledge in the design of asset processes and be proficient with SAP, MS Office, and Excel. Analytical thinking, team spirit, and structured, solution-oriented working methods are essential.
