About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Sachbearbeiter Zeitwirtschaft to join our team in Neufahrn bei Freising. As a Personal Sachbearbeiter Zeitwirtschaft, you will be responsible for processing time recording procedures, supporting employees with all questions related to working hours and time accounts, handling requests for secondary employment, part-time positions, and work and service releases, as well as managing vacation claims. You will also record attendance in SAP and maintain digital personnel files in Fabasoft. Additionally, you will organize medical pre-examinations and support the team with administrative tasks in personnel management.

What You'll Do

• Bearbeiten von Zeiterfassungsvorgängen und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zu Arbeitszeiten und Zeitkonten
• Herausarbeiten von Anträgen für Nebentätigkeiten, Teilzeitbeschäftigungen sowie Arbeits- und Dienstbefreiungen
• Verwaltung von Urlaubsansprüchen
• Erfassung von An- und Abwesenheiten in SAP und Pflege digitaler Personalakten in Fabasoft
• Organisierung von arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen
• Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalmanagement

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a completed training as a Business Management Accountant (m/w/d), Administrative Assistant (m/w/d), Industrial Business Manager (m/w/d) or comparable commercial qualification. Previous experience as a Personal Sachbearbeiter Zeitwirtschaft, Personnel Bearbeiter (m/w/d), Mitarbeiter Personaladministration (m/w/d) or HR Assistant (m/w/d) is desirable. Knowledge of labor and personnel law is also beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office is required, with experience in SAP, ATOSS or similar HR systems being a plus. A structured and meticulous working style, discretion, as well as excellent written and spoken German are essential.
