About This Position
We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at the earliest opportunity. The role involves maintaining technical master data in SAP and handling tasks related to work preparation. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repair, and service orders as well as other technical assignments. Additionally, you will provide internal and external stakeholders with technical advice. Supporting technicians in applying IT tools, processes, and assembly workflows is part of your duties. You will also act as a point of contact between technology, customers, and external service providers to ensure smooth order execution.

What We're Looking For
- Technical education such as Elektroniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), or Technischer Systemplaner (m/w/d)
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung with a technical focus
- Experience in work planning, disposition, or work preparation in the energy, electrical, gas, or SHK field is advantageous
- Good MS-Office skills
- Initial experience with SAP would be ideal
- Organizational skills and communication strength are required
