Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an HR Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage personnel processes across the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring through departure.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Preparing employment contracts and other personnel documentation
  • Maintaining employee master data and digital personnel files
  • Supporting organizational changes and employment law measures
  • Creating certificates, references, and additional HR documents
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Processing applications for training and development programs
  • Handling general HR administration and ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Completed commercial or HR-focused vocational training with relevant additional qualifications, or comparable credentials with extensive HR experience
  • Previous professional experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining agreements, social insurance regulations, and works council law
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
  • High degree of reliability and attention to detail
  • Fluent German language skills (business proficiency)
