Procurement Specialist

Clarios is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. In this full-time role, you'll drive procurement excellence, managing supplier relationships and optimising our sourcing strategy to support our global business operations.

About This Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to strengthen procurement operations across our Bratislava office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in energy storage solutions whilst building a career in strategic procurement. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams to support supply chain objectives and contribute to Clarios' continued growth across Europe and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and commercial terms that align with business needs and budget requirements
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition through delivery and invoice reconciliation
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure quality, delivery performance, and competitive pricing
• Analyse market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement requirements and delivery timelines
• Monitor purchase orders, track shipments, and manage procurement documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related roles
• Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation skills
• Proficiency with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and written communication abilities
• Fluent in English; Slovak language skills are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, economics, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
