Verantwortlichkeiten
- Betreuung der haustechnischen Anlagen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Gebäudebetriebs
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Unterhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Systemen
- Pflege der Außenanlagen einschließlich Winterdienst
- Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerks- und Wartungsfirmen sowie Abnahme der ausgeführten Arbeiten
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Kunden und externe Dienstleister in allen Fragen des Gebäudemanagements
- Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen und Bedienung der Medientechnik für Veranstaltungen
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker (m/w/d), Hausmeister (m/w/d), Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) oder Facility Manager (m/w/d)
- Gute Kenntnisse im technischen Gebäudebetrieb sowie im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
