The Opportunity
Join Clarioclinical as a Senior Test Engineer and take ownership of quality excellence across our platform. This is a full-time remote role where you'll lead testing strategies, mentor team members, and ensure our clinical applications meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You'll work directly with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define testing frameworks that catch edge cases before they reach users.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated test suites that scale with product growth
- Lead root cause analysis on critical bugs and drive systemic improvements
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria
- Mentor junior test engineers and establish quality best practices across teams
- Evaluate and implement testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency
- Document test plans, results, and defect reports with precision and clarity
What You Bring
- 5+ years of quality assurance or test engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps testing practices
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and testing lifecycle
- Proven ability to design test cases that surface complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare or compliance-regulated software is a plus
