As a Personal Banker, you'll be the trusted financial advisor for customers throughout Danville and surrounding areas, helping them navigate accounts, lending products, and wealth management services. This position sits at the heart of our branch operations, where you'll build long-term client relationships while maintaining strict regulatory standards. The Danville Blackhawk Branch serves a diverse customer base, and your expertise will be essential in connecting Citi's products to their financial goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in Danville and the surrounding region
• Open new deposit accounts, process applications, and onboard customers into Citi's banking products
• Evaluate and process personal and mortgage loan applications with full SAFE Act compliance and accuracy
• Present and recommend banking products including savings, credit, and investment options aligned with customer needs
• Ensure all transactions and documentation meet federal and state regulatory requirements
• Meet branch sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service experiences
• Maintain accurate records and stay current on product offerings, policy changes, and compliance updates

• Knowledge of personal banking products, lending processes, and financial services
• Understanding of SAFE Act requirements and commitment to compliance excellence
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated track record of meeting goals
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Availability to work full-time hours as needed by branch operations
