About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global cryptocurrency organization for an Accelerator Program position in Key Account Operations based in Singapore. This is a 3-6 month program designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital asset operations and client management.

This role is ideal for current university students or recent graduates looking to break into the crypto and blockchain industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day VIP client requests, follow-ups, and account/product enquiries with high responsiveness and professionalism
• Build positive relationships with assigned clients and develop understanding of their trading activities, preferences, and business needs
• Take ownership of client issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to drive resolution
• Monitor client activity, trading behaviour, and engagement data to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate client profiles, communication records, and account information to ensure proper team coverage and continuity
• Develop working knowledge of cryptocurrency products including Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn and OTC trading
• Track crypto market, trading, and competitor developments and share market intelligence with the team
• Demonstrate a self-driven attitude with quick learning, ownership, and proactive identification of service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest and basic knowledge in crypto and financial markets
• Understanding of basic concepts such as Spot, Futures, Margin, leverage, liquidity, maker/taker
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical ability and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Personal curiosity about trading; ideally actively follows or trades financial markets
• Fast learner who is proactive and hungry for knowledge
• Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Current university student or recent graduate
