This student position (Werkstudent or Minijob) offers technical ownership and real impact in the education sector. You'll serve as the bridge between team needs and technical solutions, driving automation and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between team members and internal software solutions
• Act as first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting
• Gather requirements from team members, structure them, and translate into technical solutions
• Develop smaller scripts and automations independently
• Analyze software problems and implement pragmatic solutions
• Continuously improve digital processes and internal tools
• Test, document, and communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or comparable field—or equivalent practical experience
• Existing programming experience with ability to write scripts and small programs independently
• Quick grasp of technical concepts with genuine interest in systematic problem-solving
• Ability to learn new software and technical systems autonomously
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to colleagues without IT backgrounds
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse team members
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
