Kundenservice Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) [Home Office] – VZ – Sportartikel Hersteller

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sports equipment organization seeking a customer service professional to support their growing direct-to-consumer operations. In this home-office role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing questions about products, orders, and technical concerns
• Manage Amazon customer interactions including buyer-seller messages, A-to-Z claims, and return processing through Seller Central
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, coordinating with logistics, returns, and support teams as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer inquiries in the ticketing system
• Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve the customer service experience

Seasonal Schedule: This role reflects the nature of the fitness equipment industry. October through March requires full 40-hour weeks during peak season; summer months (April–September) offer flexible scheduling between 20–40 hours per week based on business needs and your availability.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• Native-level German proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Proven experience in Amazon customer service, including familiarity with Seller Central, buyer-seller messaging, A-to-Z claims, and returns processing
• Demonstrated telephone customer service experience with the ability to remain professional during challenging conversations
• Remote work experience with the ability to self-structure your workday and maintain a quiet workspace for calls
• Flexibility to work 40 hours weekly October–March, with reduced hours in summer months
• At least 2 years since completing formal education or training (or equivalent work history)
