Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Graduate Operations Supervisor for their fulfillment facility in Falkensee, Brandenburg. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of daily operations and drive performance across the site.

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of shift leads and warehouse associates, serving as both coach and role model while fostering employee development and engagement
• Shift Management: Maintain operational oversight during your shift, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
• On-Floor Presence: Spend the majority of your time (4 days per week) directly on the warehouse floor managing operations, with strategic office work (1 day per week) for planning and analysis
• Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, develop and implement logistics projects, and continuously enhance operational workflows
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Proactively address challenges beyond your immediate scope, taking initiative to solve problems across the facility

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Passion for logistics and warehouse operations, ideally with initial exposure through internships or working student positions
• Fluency in both German and English for effective communication across teams
• Flexibility to work two-shift rotation (early shift 6:00-14:30 and late shift 14:30-23:00, including Saturdays)
• Exceptional self-motivation and initiative—you proactively identify opportunities and take ownership of solutions
• Genuine interest in people leadership with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and develop team members
