Strategy – Future Leaders Graduate Program

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Düsseldorf for their one-year graduate development program focused on consumer strategy. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility within a specific function—Category Management, Store Operations, Meal Solutions, or Customer Experience—based on your strengths and interests.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside category managers, designers, copywriters, and technology teams to create seamless customer experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction
• Data-driven analysis: Transform customer behavior data into actionable insights that improve platform features, optimize pricing strategies, and develop compelling promotional campaigns
• Strategic innovation: Identify emerging trends and customer needs early, ensuring the product assortment evolves to meet market demands
• Process optimization: Design and implement tools and workflows that make commercial activities more efficient, precise, and impactful
• Project leadership: Manage initiatives spanning marketing, customer experience, and operational excellence with clear focus on growth and customer value creation

This isn't a rotational program—you'll be embedded in a real role while receiving structured training in market dynamics, business strategy, and executive presentation skills. You'll also join a cohort of ambitious graduates building their careers together.

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed Master's degree in STEM fields (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics) or Business disciplines (Economics, Finance, Business Administration)
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities
• Previous internship or working student experience, ideally in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or FMCG sectors
• Willingness to handle operational tasks hands-on
• Motivation to assume full ownership of projects from the first day
• Fluent German and English to collaborate effectively in an international setting
• Availability to work four to five days per week on-site in Düsseldorf
