Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food and beverage organization seeking a Product Developer to lead the technical coordination of product development from concept through market launch. In this role, you will:

• Manage go-to-market project execution for new products, coordinating formulation, packaging, timelines, and specifications from initial concept to successful market introduction
• Own business case implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications while providing regular status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior management
• Drive recipe optimization for existing product portfolio based on market trends, customer feedback, and cost efficiency opportunities in alignment with product leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation with suppliers, production partners, and internal departments including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and supply chain
• Identify process gaps, systematically evaluate completed product launches, and continuously improve the go-to-market process

What We're Looking For

• Strong foundation in product development and formulation within FMCG or food environments, including ingredient knowledge and formulation principles
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional development and launch projects, preferably within go-to-market frameworks
• Solid command of project management methodologies and tools, with experience reporting to management level
• Exceptional coordination skills and structured, results-oriented working style, capable of managing multiple parallel projects effectively
• German language proficiency at C1 level minimum
• Remote work capability with strong self-management skills
