Senior GTM Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ecommerce marketplace in their search for a Senior GTM Strategy Manager based in Berlin. Our client operates at the intersection of luxury goods and technology, and this role sits at the heart of their commercial decision-making engine.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working directly with Growth leadership, you will own the analytical and operational backbone of strategic initiatives that directly shape the company's growth trajectory. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complex questions into clear, decision-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own research, modeling, and problem-structuring on high-priority strategic questions including new go-to-market motions and market expansion, building scenario analyses rigorous enough to inform executive decisions
• Take cross-functional initiatives from framing through delivery, managing stakeholder coordination and dependency management while synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations with your own informed point of view
• Design and maintain Growth KPI and performance reporting infrastructure, partnering with Data and BI teams to ensure metrics are tracked consistently and surfaced at the right cadence
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across marketplace and sales go-to-market motions, translating complex data into clear narratives for leadership discussions
• Own recurring analytical deliverables including weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Growth leadership team
• Act as a thought partner on strategic initiatives such as market acceleration and new commercial models
• Use AI tools systematically to compress the time between question, insight, and decision, and help raise the standard of AI-enabled work across the team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a GTM/strategy/business operations role at a top-tier, high-growth technology company
• Track record of owning outcomes, not just workstreams—equally comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives to completion as building the analytical models that justify them
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models, stress-test assumptions, and distinguish meaningful signals from convenient narratives
• Fluent with AI tools including LLMs, research agents, and analytical co-pilots as a natural part of your workflow, with thoughtful judgment about where they help and where human insight leads
• Commercial instinct and good judgment about where to invest effort; proven ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and create structure where none exists
• Demonstrated interest in ecommerce and marketplaces; knowledge of luxury resale is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
