Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization based in Berlin that is experiencing significant growth. They need a performance marketing leader to drive their demand generation and scale marketing operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop the marketing team (currently 2 FTEs) with both strategic and people management responsibilities
- Own and scale performance marketing channels including Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified lead generation
- Build and optimize the webinar pipeline to contribute measurably to revenue growth
- Drive organic content strategy through SEO and AI-driven content initiatives
- Take ownership of the marketing qualified lead (MQL) pipeline across all channels
- Work closely with leadership to shape and execute marketing strategy with direct business impact
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within software or SaaS environments
- Track record of leading teams and driving measurable results in lead generation
- Native-level German and C1-level English proficiency required
- Experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth environments
- Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and channel optimization
