Unser Talentteam vertritt einen mittelständischen Mandanten aus der Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsbranche in Rostock. Wir suchen einen Fachassistenten (m/w/d) für Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse, der die digitale Transformation der Finanzbuchhaltung aktiv mitgestaltet.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Betreuung eines eigenen Mandantenstammes mit Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Buchhaltungen
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesse
- Optimierung von Schnittstellen und Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen in der Buchhaltungssoftware
- Mitarbeit an Pilotprojekten im Bereich der digitalen Buchhaltung
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Workflows
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Fibutroniker (m/w/d) oder Fachassistent (m/w/d) für Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse
- Erste Erfahrungen in Digitalisierungs- oder Automatisierungsprojekten im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängiger Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV oder vergleichbare Systeme)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Standort: Rostock (Remote-Arbeit möglich)
