Werkstudent Corporate Innovation & Venture Clienting (m/w/d) München

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential innovation consultancy seeking a working student to support corporate innovation and venture clienting initiatives in München.

You will:

• Support the execution of proof-of-concept projects with startups—from identifying suitable solutions and defining scope through to implementation and further development with measurable business impact
• Work at the interface between corporate clients and startups, helping ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and successful collaboration
• Translate technical solutions into concrete business value and prepare content so stakeholders can understand the benefits of new technologies
• Research and identify appropriate startup solutions based on specific corporate needs—not just trends or buzzwords
• Support project execution and contribute to success measurement, focusing on sustainable value rather than short-term effects
• When a solution proves successful, assist in preparing for scaling and help transition successful pilots into long-term impact across different business units

What We're Looking For

• Communication skills: You can present complex topics clearly and enjoy conveying information in a structured way—in both German and English
• Initial innovation experience: Ideally, you've gained exposure to innovation projects, startups, or technology-driven environments through internships, working student roles, or personal projects
• Structured working style and problem-solving ability: You work independently and stay organized even when managing multiple tasks
• Technology interest and understanding: You're interested in new technologies and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, recognizing how technological solutions create business value
• Venture clienting interest (plus): Prior exposure to corporate-startup collaboration or the venture clienting approach is advantageous but not required
• Currently enrolled as a student in Germany with eligibility to work as a Werkstudent

Pay
