About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in the beauty and skincare space. Our talent team is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform creator content into high-performing social media and marketplace advertising assets. This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines.

Our client works with hundreds of content creators monthly, receiving 100+ UGC videos that require strategic repurposing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon. You'll play a key role in maximizing the performance of this content library.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta advertising campaigns
• Repurpose existing creator content into fresh, platform-specific formats that align with current trends
• Create and edit Amazon Video Ads optimized for conversion
• Transform hundreds of monthly creator videos to improve click-through and conversion rates
• Ensure all video content maintains consistent brand aesthetics for beauty and skincare products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative output with campaign objectives
• Deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence

What We're Looking For

• Active TikTok user with demonstrated understanding of beauty and skincare content trends
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
• Portfolio showcasing beauty/skincare video edits or UGC-style content
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly based on performance feedback
• Experience creating performance-driven advertising content (bonus)
• Understanding of viral hooks, platform-specific transitions, and social media algorithms (bonus)
