In this role, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital applications—from discovery and validation through launch and ongoing optimization. You'll combine product management expertise with customer experience research, conducting market analysis and usability testing to ensure products solve real user problems and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and define product features and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer journeys
- Design and execute market research and competitive analysis to uncover market gaps, user personas, and emerging needs
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and usability testing to identify friction points and validate prototypes
- Develop onboarding flows and adoption strategies that support user acquisition and long-term retention
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate insights into feature specifications (PRDs) and user stories
- Create and maintain product documentation including feature specs, release notes, and standard operating procedures
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, DAU/MAU, NPS) to inform iteration decisions
- Deliver product enablement training to customer-facing teams
- Apply testing and optimization frameworks (A/B testing, funnel analysis, onboarding flow design) to improve adoption
What We're Looking For
- Minimum three (3) years of product management experience, preferably with digital products, mobile/web applications, or SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience conducting qualitative user research (usability testing, customer interviews) and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated experience with product analytics platforms such as Firebase, Amplitude, Hotjar, or GA4
- Proficiency with agile project management tools like Jira or ClickUp
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate user feedback into clear technical requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and experience driving product decisions through data
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during overnight Manila hours
