What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Multiple years of proven experience within the staffing and recruitment industry
• Strong sales orientation with demonstrated ability to win and grow client accounts
• Leadership capability and comfort managing branch-level responsibility
• Fluency in German is required for this role
