Senior Commercial Support Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the energy infrastructure sector, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Commercial Support Manager for their Essen location. In this role, you will:

• Qualify and prioritize incoming site leads based on defined criteria for charging infrastructure projects
• Analyze and evaluate potential sites, preparing well-founded decision materials for lead progression
• Present site assessments and recommendations to management, particularly for complex or ambiguous cases
• Ensure structured, high-quality handover of qualified leads to regional commercial managers
• Continuously develop and optimize site qualification and evaluation processes and associated systems
• Build, develop, and manage a network of brokers and service partners to generate qualified site leads
• Identify, select, and onboard new broker partners, including negotiating and managing commission agreements
• Develop and implement an effective lead generation strategy across digital, partnership, and direct sales channels
• Maintain and develop the lead pipeline and broker network within CRM systems
• Monitor and report relevant KPIs, particularly lead quality, lead volume, and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with sales marketing to plan and execute lead generation initiatives and campaigns

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field
• Experience in site evaluation and qualification, with a solid understanding of charging point operations
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or management of partner and broker networks
• Knowledge of the real estate environment or building and managing broker networks is advantageous
• Strong ability to build and maintain sustainable business relationships
• Structured, process-oriented, and independent working style
• Entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and motivation to establish new processes and structures
• Proficient use of CRM systems and lead management tools
• Analytical skills for evaluating leads and tracking conversion metrics
• Experience with Sitetracker or comparable pipeline management tools is a plus
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
