About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential life sciences technology organization seeking a Senior Business Consultant - Commercial for a remote position in the United States. Our client is transforming how the industry operates through integrated software, data, and consulting services.
This is a full-time role where you'll lead commercial transformation projects, develop team members, and solve complex strategic challenges for life sciences leaders. You'll work beyond traditional consulting deliverables to drive tangible, scalable execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of commercial consulting projects as Project Lead
- Manage and develop project teams of 2-3 consultants, building your leadership capabilities
- Drive business development through proposal leadership and identifying expansion opportunities
- Solve complex strategic challenges leveraging integrated data, software, and AI insights
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in 1-2 commercial functional areas while supporting multiple engagements
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in two or three areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, or Segmentation and targeting
- Strong analytical mindset with both quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience delivering SaaS or technology-enabled consulting solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise software platforms in life sciences
