Senior Fachinformatiker/-in (m/w/d) – Vollzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Hamburg seeking a Senior IT Specialist to automate and optimize business processes. In this role, you will design and implement technical solutions that connect systems, ensure smooth data flows, and increase operational efficiency across the organization.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Automating business processes using no-code and low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and user interfaces with no-code and low-code tools
• Managing and advancing the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and deploying new business processes
• Documenting and designing digital business workflows
• Providing user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with strong technical foundations and the ability to work independently on process optimization:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or IT-related field, or completed IT apprenticeship; alternatively, demonstrable professional experience in IT and automation (including self-taught backgrounds)
• Several years of experience in project management with strong discipline and organizational skills
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking with excellent analytical abilities and quick comprehension
• Results-oriented and solution-focused approach with the ability to understand existing processes and independently optimize them for long-term sustainability
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools such as Zapier or Make.com, or the ability to learn these quickly and independently
• Excellent teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and confident professional presence
• Excellent written communication skills in German
• High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
