Responsibilities
We are representing a fast-growing digital agency based in Hamburg that specializes in social media strategies for mid-market clients. They need a senior automation expert to design and optimize their business processes using modern no-code and low-code platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Automate business processes using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
- Build, maintain, and manage Airtable databases
- Develop front-ends and interfaces using no-code/low-code platforms
- Manage and enhance the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
- Plan, implement, and deploy new business processes
- Document and conceptualize digital workflows
- Train and support end users across the organization
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a candidate with:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or IT-related training
- Several years of proven professional experience in IT/automation
- Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking with excellent analytical skills and very quick comprehension
- Multiple years of project management experience with high discipline and strong organizational ability
- Strong results and solution orientation with the ability to not only understand existing processes but independently optimize them sustainably
- Excellent teamwork skills, very strong communication abilities, and confident, professional demeanor
- Excellent written expression in German
- High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
