Wir vertreten eine wachsende Digitalagentur in Hamburg, die sich auf Social-Media-Marketing für mittelständische Unternehmen spezialisiert hat. Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Performance Marketer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der eigenständig Kundenprojekte betreut und Online-Marketing-Kampagnen auf META-Plattformen erstellt und optimiert.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Steuerung und Verwaltung von Online-Marketing-Kampagnen im META-Ads-Manager
- Erstellung von KPI-Reportings und Auswertungen für Agenturkunden
- Regelmäßige Feedback-Meetings mit Kunden zur Auswertung der Kampagnenergebnisse
- Analyse der aktuellen Kampagnenergebnisse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsstrategien
- Umsetzung von strategischen Optimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Grafik- und Werbetexter-Teams
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Verantwortung für Kundenbeziehungen
- Beantwortung inhaltlicher Fragen von Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich
- E-Mail-Support für eingehende Anfragen von Bestandskunden
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder BWL, oder mindestens drei Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Schalten von META-Werbeanzeigen auf hohem Niveau
- Umfassende Erfahrung im Erstellen, Verwalten und Analysieren von META-Werbekampagnen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Optimierung und Auswertung von Online-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Analytisch-methodisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und akribische Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
- Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
- Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
- Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Vergütung
Grundgehalt: 5.900 € brutto im Monat. Zusätzliche Benefits umfassen umfangreiche Gesundheitsleistungen (900 € jährliches Gesundheitsbudget), Deutschlandticket oder Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sowie Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in einem wachsenden Unternehmen.
