Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Hamburg seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will independently manage client projects and create compelling visual assets that drive campaign success.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Planning and designing creatives including images, animations, and graphics for online marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Designing and developing career pages and recruitment materials for clients
• Creating collages and quick-turn designs for internal marketing initiatives
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, trade show materials, and promotional assets
• Maintaining regular communication with project management teams and clients regarding current and upcoming campaigns
• Implementing designs that align with established corporate identity guidelines

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Completed education in graphic design, media design, or equivalent practical experience as a self-taught designer
• Previous professional experience in an agency environment or freelance capacity
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Canva
• Demonstrated experience in media design and graphic design with the ability to execute concepts within brand guidelines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills
• Clean and error-free communication skills in both German and English
• Self-directed work style with excellent organizational abilities and reliable project completion
• Quick learner with high discipline and ability to follow established processes
• Prior knowledge of online marketing, trades sector, or consulting is advantageous but not required
