Account Executive – SME Credit

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its SME credit operations in Berlin. As an Account Executive, you will manage a qualified pipeline of small and medium-sized business clients seeking financing solutions. Your core responsibilities include:

• Engaging with SME clients throughout the credit application process, providing expert guidance on financing options
• Managing and nurturing qualified leads from the CRM system to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Building trust with clients by clearly explaining various financing options available through partner lenders
• Developing deep expertise in the diversity of credit products and lenders in the market
• Maintaining active relationships and workflows with lending partners
• Keeping Salesforce CRM data current and accurate across all sales stages
• Actively sharing experiences and successes with the sales team to contribute to collective growth

What We're Looking For

We seek a motivated sales professional with a genuine drive to help SMEs access the financing they need. The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong sales passion with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with focus on accuracy and execution speed
• Strong organizational abilities and composure under pressure
• Quick, pragmatic problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent, business-level German and good English proficiency

Valued but not required:

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or lending sectors
• Outbound sales or cold-calling experience (though this role focuses on warm, qualified leads)
