Sales Development Representative (Portuguese Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud communications technology client in their search for a Sales Development Representative (Portuguese Speaking) based remotely in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization at the forefront of the communications API market, helping enterprise businesses transform how they connect with customers.

As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll play a critical role in building sales pipeline and shaping go-to-market strategy. This position offers significant growth potential—our client actively promotes SDRs into senior sales and business development roles as they demonstrate results and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new sales opportunities targeting enterprise companies in Brazil
• Engage potential clients through phone/video calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Research and discover new leads using creative internet research, social media monitoring, and sales intelligence tools
• Qualify prospects based on thorough understanding of the platform's communications API products
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM system
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Managers
• Collaborate with marketing, account management, and sales leadership to optimize campaign performance
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain territory plans alongside Account Managers for your assigned geography
• Support marketing initiatives including online campaigns and promotional activities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology
• Professional-level fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Proven cold calling skills and experience creating personalized email outreach
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to work independently without close supervision
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms (such as Outreach), ZoomInfo, generative AI tools, and 6sense
• Track record of outbound prospecting targeting enterprise accounts in Brazil
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico (visa sponsorship is not available)
