Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology consulting client seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer to join their enterprise applications team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements across PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions environments.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Owning technical implementation of business requirements and translating functional specifications into robust PeopleSoft solutions
- Building custom developments using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
- Developing reports and data extracts using SQR and BI Publisher
- Partnering closely with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and version migrations while maintaining clean-customization principles
- Configuring and maintaining Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) processes
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries against the PeopleSoft data model
- Troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing technical support
- Ensuring all deliverables meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode
- Solid experience developing with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
- Proven ability to build reports using SQR and BI Publisher
- Advanced SQL skills and deep familiarity with PeopleSoft data structures
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches
- Hands-on experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills
- U.S. work authorization (Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are welcome; new H-1B sponsorship is not available)
Preferred qualifications:
- PeopleSoft technical certifications
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP environments
- Exposure to Fluid UI development
- Familiarity with Oracle database administration fundamentals
- Experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$150,000 annually. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States.
