Senior Technical Solution Consultant (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Technical Solution Consultant to join their Hamburg team. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate internal projects with project management and quality assurance teams
• Lead technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for enterprise software solutions directly with clients
• Provide consulting and support to internal and external customers
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and creation and delivery of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in system usage and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Digital Asset Management and workflow systems, as well as Web Content Management systems (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency with standard Adobe programs
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience using platforms such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar enterprise systems
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions and a high degree of quality consciousness
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
• Open, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
• Confident communication and presentation skills when engaging with clients and vendors
• Enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary environment within a young, dynamic team
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership and contribute your own ideas
• Commitment to continuous learning, particularly on-the-job with advanced technical systems
• Negotiation-level German (minimum C1) and strong English skills
