Strategy, Tech & Operations Internship (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Berlin for a Strategy, Tech & Operations Internship. In this role, you will:

• Analyze business challenges independently and derive actionable recommendations
• Develop structured decision-making frameworks and management briefs
• Build quantitative models and business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Identify and prioritize operational levers in collaboration with engineering, service, and installation teams
• Support implementation of solutions and their ongoing development
• Create dashboards and automate reports and processes working alongside Business Intelligence
• Leverage modern data and AI tools to streamline analyses, processes, and decision support

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, mathematics, or a quantitative field with analytical focus
• Initial exposure to data-driven topics such as analytics, controlling, consulting, or operations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with structured, precise approach and ability to communicate findings clearly
• Interest in applying AI and automation tools to analytical and operational challenges
• High quality standards, sense of responsibility, and proactive working style
• Fluent German and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for a hybrid working arrangement
