Verantwortlichkeiten
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Employer Brandings und Positionierung des Unternehmens als attraktiven Arbeitgeber in der Region
- Organisation und Begleitung von Ausbildungsmessen an Schulen sowie Planung von Messeauftritten zur Nachwuchsgewinnung
- Entwicklung kreativer Online- und Offline-Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt
- Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und Einführung papierloses Arbeiten
- Allgemeine Personalverwaltungsaufgaben
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau, Büromanagement) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Marketing
- Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Personalmarketing oder Event-/Messebetreuung
- Kreativität, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung für moderne IT-Tools und digitale Prozesse
- Teamorientierung und Präferenz für persönlichen Austausch vor Ort
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
