Werkstudent Sales Development (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in München that is expanding their customer base and building new business relationships. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student in Sales Development to support their growth initiatives.

This is a hybrid role where you'll help identify potential business clients, establish initial contact, and qualify leads for the sales team. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will train you in modern B2B customer acquisition. After onboarding, remote work is possible, with occasional on-site collaboration for training sessions and team meetings.

No prior sales experience is required—curiosity, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn are what matter most. If you enjoy researching companies, connecting with people, and aren't discouraged by occasional rejections, this role offers genuine learning opportunities in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Research companies that match the client's target customer profile
• Identify relevant contacts and maintain accurate information in the CRM system
• Support outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess fit and needs
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Document all activities and insights systematically
• Collaborate on developing and testing outreach sequences
• Provide feedback from conversations and research to sales and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university or college in Germany
• Enjoy communicating with people and building relationships
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn new topics
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new contacts
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Previous exposure to customer contact, service, sales, recruiting, or similar activities
• Interest in sales, software, digitalization, or customer service topics
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or other digital tools
• Long-term interest in building B2B sales experience
