About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Coordinator for their Clinical Quality Administration department. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to support critical quality management initiatives and administrative processes that ensure high standards of clinical care delivery.

In this role, you will coordinate essential functions within the Clinical Quality Administration department, providing support to leadership through documentation preparation, clinical quality initiatives, and administrative coordination for various committees and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Managing and coordinating activities within assigned scope, ensuring accuracy and productivity in project completion
  • Maintaining confidentiality of clinical documentation and meeting materials according to established policies
  • Assisting with development of quarterly clinical performance and health plan assessment reports
  • Supporting administrative management of annual clinical policy reviews and process documentation
  • Coordinating budgeting activities and stipend preparation for quality improvement and provider review committees
  • Providing comprehensive committee support including meeting coordination, preparation, minute-taking, and document distribution
  • Preparing, tracking, and distributing documents in support of committee processes and investigations
  • Performing administrative tasks related to file preparation for clinical committees, including copying and redacting materials
  • Supporting development and timely completion of activities requested by clinical committees (letters, reports, research, follow-up)
  • Assisting with quality improvement initiatives, policy documentation, reporting requirements, and project management
  • Creating standardized reports and developing processes to support department projects
  • Supporting accreditation and delegation efforts on behalf of clinical quality administration

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (if college degree not held)
  • High proficiency with computer use, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated English writing proficiency at a high level
  • Great attention to detail across all job functions
  • Ability to interact positively and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong listening and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
  • Capability to analyze information and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in Healthcare, Health Information Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of healthcare administrative work experience
  • Committee support experience, particularly minute-taking
  • Quality Management program coordination and documentation support experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or legal terminology
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, NCQA, and URAC standards

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Dedicated home workspace for company-provided equipment
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps (100 down/20 up recommended)
  • Ability to participate in video meetings over reliable network
