Senior Consultant/Manager Business Strategy (m/f/d)

We are representing a fast-growing technology platform in the customer experience space. Our client operates a disruptive business model serving enterprise customers across multiple continents. With substantial annual revenue and ambitious growth plans, they need strategic thinkers who can drive operational excellence and measurable business impact.

We're seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager for Business Strategy to join their headquarters in München. This role offers genuine ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives—from analysis through implementation—working directly with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects with direct visibility to the leadership team, spanning analysis, concept development, and operational implementation
• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency and quality improvement levers, then drive concrete improvement measures
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop clear recommendations for executive decision-making
• Prepare and present decision materials to leadership and external stakeholders
• Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration, and strategic sales pitches as needed
• Collaborate with a Business Strategy team comprised of former consultants from top-tier firms

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding degree in a technical or management-oriented discipline from a renowned university
• Minimum 4 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) at engagement manager or project lead level
• Proven track record of independently leading strategic and operational projects and teams
• Strong analytical capabilities with hypothesis-led, data-driven thinking
• Deep understanding of operational processes combined with strategic vision and hands-on execution mentality
• Executive presence and confident communication skills
• Fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
• Experience with M&A and integration processes, financial modeling, or change management in tech/SaaS environments is advantageous
