Marketing Coordinator (Native French Speaker)

We are representing a confidential global education organization seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Native French Speaker) to support their international marketing operations. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the world and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, multicultural team environment.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll serve as a vital operational hub for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless project delivery, accurate reporting, and efficient communication across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Serve as a central coordination point between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow and task completion
• Arrange face-to-face calls when needed to clarify project briefs and prevent misalignment
• Collate data from various teams to support marketing performance reports and dashboards
• Maintain shared folders and ensure campaign materials are properly archived
• Assist with onboarding documentation for new team members
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations
• 2-3 years of experience in communications, linguistics, or translation
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global, multicultural teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Linguistics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience working in Salesforce
• Prior experience in education or global marketing teams

Employment Type: Consultancy agreement (contract basis)
